sleep packages
Does bedtime feel like a struggle every night and are you plagued by multiple wakes, early rising or short naps? For most babies, although they can developmentally sleep through the night, learning how to fall asleep and get back asleep on their own is a skill that often needs guidance. By practicing responsive sleep training you don’t need to tough it out or wait for them to grow out of it, you can and will be able to help your child master sleep without sacrificing connectivity and those sweet cuddly moments with your babe. We often hear parents say they wish they'd started sleep training earlier. It is never too early or too late to make a change towards dreamy sleep and we are here to show you how!
Building a child’s confidence and trust is a crucial aspect of parenting and the core of our approach.
Many parents are concerned about the emotional impact of sleep training and unfortunately there are a lot of misconceptions on this topic. Building a child’s confidence and trust is a crucial aspect of parenting and the core of our program. Approaches that involve responsive methods can help maintain a positive emotional connection while still fostering good sleep habits. Research indicates that sleep training does not harm the parent-child attachment or increase stress levels for babies. In fact, studies have shown that infant cortisol levels (a stress hormone) can decrease after sleep training due to improved sleep consolidation. Parents feel a whole lot better too! Additionally, many parents report an increase in bonding as they feel more rested and capable of engaging positively with their baby. Want to know more about this…just ask and we have plenty of resources to share.

You will gain the knowledge and confidence to give your child the best sleep possible during this precious phase. We like to call it ‘sleep shaping’!

Small but Fierce
(2-4yrs)
-
As parents, we know how fun and also wildly challenging the toddler stage can be. These tiny but fierce little humans have strong personalities and big feelings. In fact, they are often expert negotiators when it comes to sleep. Sprinkle in the bedtime requests, stall tactics and multiple night wakes and it’s easy to feel like everything is falling off the rails. This program will help you get you and your little one on the right track. We’ll cover sleeping through the night, bedtime routine, optimal sleep environment, how to handle night wakes and how to get in a solid nap or even just some quiet time each day depending upon your child’s age. We offer guidance in setting healthy boundaries while also encouraging positive reinforcement for your little one as they learn these new sleep skills.
(Note: This program is for children in or out of the crib. We recommend little babes stay in the crib until minimum 3 years old for their best sleep).
