Stephanie Antonucci

I am a Massachusetts native, grew up in Boston and the northern suburbs. I have a love for New England’s beaches in the summer and mountains in the winter. I am a wife and a mother of three and I can’t forget about my first baby, our eight-year-old black lab!

My love for caring for children started at an early age

I hold a Bachelor of science in Early Childhood Education and a Certificate in Early Intervention. My love for caring for children started at an early age which inspired my career dedicated to helping young children and families throughout the years.

Over the last 17 years I have been lucky enough to have supported the growth and development of dozens of children birth to three. Most recently, I worked as a Developmental Specialist in Early Intervention for over 5 years where I supported and educated families with young children with developmental or at risk for delays.

I became a sleep consultant after my middle child experienced significant sleep challenges. From the very start, after he was born, he never slept! It wasn’t until I reached out to a sleep consultant that a friend recommended that we all start sleeping again, and it was life changing for my entire family. I quickly realized that I wanted to be back in the field of helping children and families and was so passionate about learning more about sleep and eager to help as many families as possible!

I understand firsthand what it means to be a parent, and a sleep deprived one! I understand the importance of sleep for children and how it impacts the entire family. I am an active listener and a compassionate problem-solver. I am empathetic and eager to answer all your questions and help you develop a plan for quality sleep. I bring a diverse and impressive experience and kindness and understanding that makes the journey to peaceful nights smooth and oh so worth it!

what other mamas are saying…

My wife and I had a consultation with Stephanie and immediately knew we wanted to work with her. Our 6-month-old daughter had been use to us holding her all night long- we had no structure or consistency for naps or bedtime. We knew we needed help with forming a consistent foundation for all sleep and reached out to Stephanie on a recommendation from a friend. My wife and I both felt so seen and understood by Stephanie. She was always so kind and gentle with her approach and coaching.  We would highly recommend anyone with sleep issues work with Stephanie

- Parents of a 6 month old

When we were first introduced to Stephanie, our 7-month-old was majorly struggling with nighttime sleep-waking up various times throughout the night…every night. During our time with her. She was able to create a plan that was easy enough for us to execute, yet effective enough to work. Within the first few days, we started noticing a positive shift in our son’s ability to put himself to sleep. From our initial conversation all the way through the end of the program, we continuously felt supported and heard. We’re so grateful for Stephanie and for the sleep foundation she helped foster for our son- we know it will pay off for years to come!

- Parents of a 7 month old

We had a wonderful experience with Stephanie. Stephanie was attentive to our needs and questions. She made us feel confident in the plan and best of all helped our baby develop the skills necessary for independent sleep. Steph provided us with daily check-in’s over email, phone calls and even a in house visit prior to getting started, which put us all at ease. As parents who love their sleep, we’re so appreciative that Steph was there to give us and our child the gift of sleep and we cannot recommend her enough!
